Most beginners skip leg day because it’s a big muscle thereby it needs a hard workout routine for proper pump in this workout, you must use the old school method (manual workout weights only) and less use the machine. Most of beginners consider it boring and monotonous but many of you do not know that it is the biggest muscle of your body and it yields the maximum number of points in a bodybuilding competition. If you divide your body muscle into 2 parts(upper/lower) then 50% of your body muscle weight is in your legs that is the lower body below the waist.
Legs also play a vital role in muscle development and growth for the whole body. Most people might be thinking that how is it possible, here is an explanation to the same:
