So let's talk about one of the most controversial topics in bodybuilding which is supplements most of the bingers are always stuck at this point in their way of becoming bodybuilders etc...
whenever we heard the word supplement we all think about ( whey protein, creatine, BCAA, etc...)
and it's absolutely correct they all are supplements but before discussing these supplements let's talk about what is a supplement.
what is a supplement?
a supplement is basically an artificial form of required protein and essentials for muscle growth and recovery if I explain it in depth we supplement anything which we can't consume or can't meet up the daily requirement with the natural source. for eg;
If we are taking protein powder (whey protein) it means we are not able to meet up the daily protein requirement from the natural protein source or there is one more reason for this natural protein like egg, chicken, etc... take 5-6 hrs to digest properly on the other hand the powdered protein will digest faster as compare to the natural protein which means the muscle (body) will get the instant protein for recovery.

HOW TO USE ANY SUPPLEMENT WITHOUT ANY HARM?
If you are planning to use any supplement for your muscle growth and size gain so first of all stop being uncomfortable about it I am saying this because even I belong from an Indian family and our family always told us that these supplements are not good for health they cause diecious and different health issues and I completely agree with them but if you properly use these supplements then they Couse no damage to your body and even help you to grow your body (muscles) to the max possible extent if you use them with healthy diet and proper workout.
Points to remember
. If you are using any supplement don't take it for a very long time in a continuous manner remember to take breaks in between like if you are using any supplement for 3 months then take at least 3-4 weeks of break after that
. Remember to use the supplements with a proper healthy diet plan and proper workout routine for the best possible results
.Remember if you are taking any supplement your body temperature will rise this happens when the body is trying to digest the additional supplement so for this drink a good amount of water which will also help in maintaining a healthy kidney

Creatine is the supplement responsible to water retention in the muscle this supplement helps in bulking and making muscle fuller which increases the protein and mineral absorption in the muscle responsible for increasing muscle size. and on my personal experience, I am saying this is properly safe for the use.

3. PRE-WORKOUT
This is a type of supplement most used by the intermediate most used for the pump during a workout this is basically a blend of (Beta-alanine + L arginine + caffeine + creatine) which is the best combination for having a good pump during the workout if I elaborate this these three play different roles during the workout.
.Beta-alanine
This ingredient is responsible for creating an inching sensation in your body when you consume pre-workout and this is because of the reason beta-alanine activates G-protein-coupled receptors which are responsible for transmitting signals throughout the central nervous system.
.L arginine
This is the ingredient that is responsible for the improved vascularity in your body L arginine is one the important amino acid that helps the body to build and grow good quality muscle and is also beneficial for the heart. It converts amino acids into nitric oxides which helps the blood vessel open and improve vascularity as discussed above.
